Bob Reed, President

Bob Reed is the president of the company and is responsible for the client relations. He brings 35 years of experience in the landscape maintenance industry. He founded R & R and has been the facilitator of its success and growth.

Alex Reed, Vice President

Alex Reed is a vice president of the company and is responsible for management of daily operations, business development and quality control of all divisions. He brings over 18 years of experience and promotion through all levels of landscape management and installation.
Alex has been with the company for all of his 18 years of experience. His career encompasses all aspects of landscaping, starting as a laborer on a maintenance crew, advancing to foreman, operations manager, and to his current position as vice president. Alex has been an integral part of the growth of R & R Maintenance managing properties and client relations. His experience includes landscape management of large commercial properties, landscape installations of all sizes of commercial construction projects and large scale commercial landscape renovations.

Justin Reed, Vice President

Justin Reed is a vice president of the company and is responsible for construction division, specializing in hardscaping & bulkheads. He brings over 14 years of experience and promotion through all levels of landscape management and installation.

Justin has been with the company for all of his 16 years of experience. His career encompasses all aspects of landscaping, starting as a laborer on a maintenance crew, advancing to foreman and to his current position as vice president. His experience includes landscape installations of all sizes of commercial construction projects, building of hardscapes and bulkheads.

Wallace James, Operations Manager

Wallace James is the operations manager and is responsible for the landscape maintenance division. Wallace oversees all scheduling for the maintenance and landscape crews for the properties under contract. He brings over 23 years of experience and promotion in the landscape maintenance industry.
Wallace has been with the company for all of his 23 years of experience. He began his career as a laborer. His desire to help R & R to be the best in the industry has pushed his career to the level of operations manager.

Mike Agate, Sales / Project Manager

Mike Agate is the sales representative and project manager and is responsible for researching projects, estimating landscape projects for bid, and managing landscape projects won by R & R Maintenance. He brings over 9 years of experience throughout the landscape industry.
Mike started and operated his own successful landscape company. As president of Apex Landscape Services, Inc., Mike grew the company to over one million dollars a year in revenue in 7 years of operation. Mikes success in the industry is attributed to his attention to detail, strong landscaping industry knowledge and focus on clients needs.

Eric Henz, Irrigation Manager

Eric is the irrigation manager and is responsible for irrigation maintenance division. Eric oversees two irrigation trucks that service R & R’s contract landscape maintenance accounts. He brings 18 years of experience in the commercial & residential irrigation industry.
Eric has been with R & R for 8 years. His career has included residential installs, large commercial installs, system troubleshooting, complete system replacement, system upgrades / additions and major repairs.
